Fabián Montero Villalobos

Fabián Montero Villalobos is an Embedded Linux Engineer at Wind River since February 2023, with prior experience as a Junior Embedded Software Engineer at Rapid Silicon. Fabián has a diverse background in software development, having worked at Denticard on server backend solutions using cloud technologies and led projects at FEITEC to enhance student community resources. As a member of AstroTEC at Tecnológico de Costa Rica, Fabián contributed to public outreach through astronomy lectures and star observation events. Additionally, Fabián held roles in student governance, managing communication between leadership and students while mentoring new members. Fabián's educational journey at Tecnológico de Costa Rica is set to culminate with a degree in Computer Engineering by November 2024.
