Juanjosé Castillo

JuanJosé Castillo is a seasoned professional in software development and engineering management with extensive experience in leading teams and projects. Currently serving as a Senior Manager for Cloud and Web Application Development at Wind River since July 2021, JuanJosé previously held positions as Director of Engineering and Java Team Lead at Janeiro Digital from April 2012 to June 2021. Additional experience includes roles as Team Lead and Software Engineer at Roundbox Global from April 2008 to March 2012, and as a Software Engineer at Advansys from September 2006 to March 2008. JuanJosé holds a Master's degree in Information Technology Project Management and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, both from Tecnológico de Costa Rica, obtained between 2000 and 2018.
