Kevin Gallagher has a BS in Computer Sciences from Western Illinois University and a MSPM in Project Management from University of Wisconsin-Platteville. Kevin has held various roles at AVISTA Inc., including Program Manager, Engineering Manager, Technical Project Manager, Senior Software Engineer, and Software Engineer.
