Liliana Neagu

Liliana Neagu is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in employee experience, recruitment, and operational performance. At Wind River since July 2014, Liliana has held multiple roles, including Employee Experience Partner, Senior HR Generalist, and International Recruiter & HR Generalist. Prior to this, Liliana worked as a Recruitment Consultant at ET&T Recruitment, focusing on recruitment campaigns within the gas and oil industry, and also managed various administrative tasks related to candidates in Benelux countries. Additional experience includes a position at Process Solutions where Liliana served as an HR & Operational Performance Specialist and HR Coordinator, responsible for recruitment processes, onboarding programs, and the definition of core team values. Liliana holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Bucharest, completed between 2008 and 2013.
