Randall Fulton

Randall Fulton is a highly experienced software architect and FAA consultant specializing in aviation software compliance with DO-178C, DO-330, DO-331, DO-332, and DO-254 standards. Currently serving as a Software Architect - Safety Manager at Wind River since May 2018, Randall collaborates with Professional Services teams and the Certification Office to produce compliant software plans and lifecycle documentation. As the owner of SoftwAir Assurance Inc since January 2002, consulting projects include significant contributions to major aerospace firms like Bombardier, HondaJet, Boeing, and NASA. Previous roles include Staff Certification Engineer at Honeywell Aerospace, Designated Engineering Representative at Seaweed Systems, and Software DER at Boeing Commercial Airplanes, along with an engineering program management position at Dotcast and work as a field application engineer at Kodak. Randall holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University.
