Joe DiBenedetto

Joe DiBenedetto developed skills during his 26 years with the USAF and Alaska Air National Guard (AK ANG) that make him the perfect fit for his position as Senior Vice President Operations. He served as Operations Superintendent in the AK ANG, where he was the Chief Enlisted Manager of 119 personnel in Operations employing 11 diverse Combat Mission Ready qualifications.

Joe established policy and supervised use of resources supporting air sovereignty/ homeland defense missions. He advised the unit commander on enlisted force structure management and recruitment/retention issues/decisions. Joe also coordinated Total Force Initiatives and career broadening efforts within the Alaska NORAD Region for Alaska Air National Guardsmen.

Joe holds a degree in Aircraft Armament Systems from the Community College of the Air Force and is a graduate of the prestigious Joint Interface Control Officer course. As a longtime senior operations manager, he is a subject matter expert on Human Resources issues, strategic planning, management consulting, and general management.
