Guendalina Arnao has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Guendalina started their career at 7C per Alitalia in 2002 as a Customer Care Assistant. Guendalina then joined Azienda Ospedaliera Vincenzo Cervello in the same year, where they worked as URP in the U.R.P. section. In 2004, they worked at 4U as a Call Center Outbound for Wind Infostrada. Later that year, they joined H3G as a Customer Service Assistant and subsequently worked as a Shop Assistant and Web Communication member. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as a Process Analyst at Wind Tre. Guendalina then moved on to H3G in 2013, where they worked as Training e supporto Socialcare. Currently, they are employed at Wind Tre as a Digital Inhouse - Art Director. Guendalina'sskills and expertise include digital experience, art direction, process analysis, and customer care.
Guendalina Arnao attended Lingue Moderne per il Web from 2005 to 2010, where they earned a degree in Lingue Moderne per il Web from the Faculty of Letters and Philosophy at the University of Palermo. In addition to their formal education, they obtained various certifications including a Microsoft Office Specialist certification in Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint in 2005 from Microsoft.
