Ines Vernini has extensive experience in talent acquisition and marketing within the telecommunications sector, currently serving at Wind Tre since February 2015. In the role of Talent Acquisition | Recruiting, Ines manages the recruitment process, onboarding programs, and acts as a Brand Ambassador for Employer Branding initiatives. Previously, as Sales Strategy & Development lead, Ines directed a team focused on increasing sales for both B2B and B2C markets, and in the capacity of Product Manager, Ines defined the mobile offerings for consumer clients. Ines's earlier tenure at Wind from November 1998 to February 2015 included roles in program management for large sales marketing and managing operational provisioning processes, showcasing a strong background in commercial and operational strategy.
