Massimiliano Pais has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as a Dispatcher in the areas of WFM and Tolls at Wind Tre since July 2016, specializing in incident management for central Italy and overseeing the modernization of the transport network in Lazio. Prior to this role, Massimiliano worked at Wind from April 1999 to July 2016 as a Network Operator focused on Tx and Core Network maintenance.
