Mirko Rugarli has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Mirko started their career in 1996 at Telecom Italia, where they worked as a System Engineer until 1999. Mirko then joined Infostrada as a Project Manager from 1999 to 2001. This was followed by a position at Tellas as a Network Program Manager from 2001 to 2004.
In 2004, Mirko joined Wind, where they held multiple roles. Mirko started as a Marketing Product Manager from 2004 to 2006, and then transitioned to become the Fixed Planning & Reporting Director from 2006 to 2011.
Mirko then moved to Freedom Mobile in 2011 and took up the position of Chief Marketing Officer until 2015. From 2015 to 2015, they served as the Chief Commercial Officer, responsible for Wind Mobile's commercial function.
In 2015, they joined wind tre, where they have held various roles. Mirko started as a Merger Integration Leader from 2015 to 2022. In 2017, they were appointed as the Digital Business Unit - Planning Director, a role they held until 2022. From 2018 to 2022, Mirko served as the Director of Customer Value Management. Most recently, they have taken up the position of Head of Customer Experience & Data Analytics, starting in April 2022.

Mirko Rugarli's education history begins in 1983 when they started attending Liceo Scientifico Vittorio Veneto. Mirko completed their Scientific Lyceum Diploma at this institution in 1988.
Following that, Mirko Rugarli enrolled at Politecnico di Milano in 1989 and pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Electronic Engineering. Mirko completed this degree in 1995.
