Paolo Zei has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Paolo started their career in 1991 as a Customer Service Specialist at SIP Telecomunicazioni Divisione Radiomobile. Paolo then joined TIM in 1995, where they worked as a Customer Service Manager and participated in the start-up phase of the company. At Wind, where they began working in 2000, Paolo held various roles, including Assurance & Quality Manager and Head of Product and Process Development. During this time, they gained expertise in product and process development. Currently, Paolo is working at Wind Tre, where they have held multiple leadership positions. Paolo first served as the Head of Commercial Logistics, responsible for managing the commercial logistics and distribution of products. Later, they became the Head of Customer Experience Program, overseeing the program's implementation. Currently, Paolo is serving as the Head of Quality Product Development. Throughout their career, Paolo has successfully managed projects and contributed to significant cost savings for the companies they worked for.
Paolo Zei attended the Accenture Digital Acceleration Center in 2019 where they studied Agile Project Management. Prior to that, from 2017 to 2018, they pursued an Executive Master's degree in Supply Chain Management at MIP Politecnico di Milano.
