Casey Zhengqi Ge has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. They started their career as a Summer Intern at McKinsey & Company in 2009. After that, they worked as a Project Manager at Non-Profit Incubator (NPI) for an unspecified period, where they gained project management skills. Casey then joined Monitor Group in 2010 as a Consultant, where they worked on several strategic projects for pharmaceutical and manufacturing companies. They continued their journey at Monitor Deloitte, Deloitte Consulting LLP as a Senior Consultant for a year. In 2015, Casey briefly worked as an Associate at McKinsey & Company. They then joined Goldman Sachs in 2016 and held the position of Executive Director until 2021. Currently, they are working at Wind Information as the Group Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer since June 2021. In 2023, Casey will transition to WeWords, Inc. as the Senior Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer.

Casey Zhengqi Ge completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree at The Wharton School from 2014 to 2016, with a focus on Finance, Marketing, and Operations. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. In 2008 to 2009, they also spent a year studying Business Administration and Management at the University of Mannheim.
