Greg Leis, MBA, CHFP, serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Chan Soon-Shiong Medical Center at Windber since June 2025, following a role as Chief Financial Officer at Diamond Pharmacy Services and Fulton County Medical Center. With extensive experience in financial leadership, Greg has successfully enhanced financial performance, improved revenue cycle processes, and implemented strategic initiatives across various healthcare organizations. Previous positions include Vice President of Finance and Revenue Cycle at Conemaugh Health System, where significant improvements in cash collections and revenue cycle management were achieved, as well as progressive roles in financial and strategic planning that underscore a strong foundation in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Academic qualifications include an MBA from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance from Juniata College.
