Lyna Kim currently serves as the Head of Commercial Growth at WindBorne Systems and as a Research Assistant at Stanford Artificial Intelligence Laboratory, collaborating with distinguished professors including Andrew Ng. Previous roles include AI Policy Fellow at NOAA, where Lyna contributed to developing an AI roadmap for weather and climate forecasting, and CEO & Co-Founder of LightbulbML, a company focused on innovation through AI and patents. Lyna has also had internships at Bridgewater Associates, Floodgate, Redwood Materials, and McKinsey & Company, where contributions spanned sustainable investing, AI and climate projects, and corporate sustainability roadmaps. Educationally, Lyna holds a B.S. in Computer Science and an M.S. in Management Science & Engineering with a focus on Energy and Environment from Stanford University.
