Andy Duncan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the offshore industry, currently serving as Business Development Manager at Windcat since March 2024. Previously, Andy held the position of General Manager for Renewables Business Development at PACC Offshore Services Holdings Ltd from September 2015 to March 2024, overseeing the Offshore Accommodation Division. Andy's earlier roles include Offshore Accommodation Division Marketing Manager at Clarksons and Offshore Shipbroker at Seabrokers, where responsibilities encompassed chartering and sale of offshore vessels, as well as market intelligence gathering. Starting as Chartering Assistant at ASCO Marine, Andy has built a robust career in offshore shipbroking and vessel chartering since 2004. Andy is an alumnus of Glasgow College of Nautical Science.

Windcat is Europe’s leading offshore personnel transfer company. We own and operate a growing fleet of over 55 offshore CTV’s. The vessel’s layout and propulsion are optimised to transfer personnel offshore in a safe and comfortable environment. We choose to integrate hydrogen into all our new vessels to reduce our clients' CO2 emissions. Along with CMB.TECH we have been developing hydrogen solutions and have elected to include Hydrogen into all our new build vessels. We have a large team of people situated all over Europe operating and supporting our vessels. As windfarms go further offshore, crews need a home away from home. Therefore we are adding a new vessel type to our fleet to offer safety and comfort for up to 120 people: Windcat Offshore is a dedicated business focused on CSOV ownership and operations.
