Christopher Dean

Christopher Dean is a corporate transactional attorney with extensive experience in representing clients in joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, securities, real estate, and start-up financing. Currently a Partner at Windels Marx Lane & Mittendorf since April 2004, Christopher previously worked as a Corporate Attorney at Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP from September 1999 to April 2004, focusing on mergers and acquisitions as well as public and private securities transactions. Christopher holds a Juris Doctor degree from St. John's University School of Law, earned between 1996 and 1999, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the College of the Holy Cross, completed in 1996.
