Dennis A. Amore

Dennis represents corporate and institutional clients in complex commercial and financial services litigation. He also regularly defends claims involving alleged violations of federal statutes, including Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Truth in Lending Act (TILA), Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), and Home Ownership and Equity Protection Act (HOEPA), among others. In addition, Dennis represents clients in matters before the federal bankruptcy courts, including adversary proceedings.

Prior to Windels Marx, Dennis practiced at a boutique litigation firm.
