Kacey H. Sou

Kacey Sou is Special Counsel, resident in the New York office.

She has extensive experience in and advises building owners on Loft Law coverage claims and determinations, overcharge claims, illegal subletting, rent profiteering, buyout negotiations, and residential conversions.

Prior to Windels Marx, she practiced at various boutique real estate litigation law firms on matters involving complex litigation, loft law and landlord-tenant matters. She has also previously clerked for several Housing Court Judges
