Leon Yel

Leon Yel is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and finance. Currently serving as a Partner at Windels Marx Lane & Mittendorf, LLP since September 2019, Yel has previously held partner positions at CKR LAW LLP from 2016 to 2019. Prior to that, Vice President & Counsel roles were undertaken at MUFG in the Americas and Vice President at JPMorgan Chase, where responsibilities included serving as CFO for Capital Hedging. Yel also served as Senior Counsel at McGuireWoods and held the position of Associate at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP. Beginning the career as an Auditor (CPA) at Deloitte & Touche, Yel holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Brooklyn Law School.
