Michael Clain

Michael Clain is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in finance and law. Since 2007, Michael has served as a Partner at Windels Marx Lane & Mittendorf, focusing on middle-market financing transactions, trade finance, and the issuance of letters of credit. Prior to this role, Michael was a Partner at Brauner Baron Rosenzweig & Klein, LLP from 1992 to 2006, and held associate positions at prominent firms including Winston & Strawn LLP, Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP, Sage Gray Todd & Sims, and Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP between 1981 and 1992. Michael earned a JD from Columbia Law School and a BA in Political Science from Binghamton University.
