Ms. Gitlen focuses her practice in real estate and financial transactions.
Prior to joining Windels Marx, Ms. Gitlen was an Associate in the Litigation Department of a prominent New Jersey law firm. In that capacity, she researched complex legal issues and provided support in the drafting of motions, briefs, discovery requests and responses, and other legal documents. She also focused on community association law, including: drafting contracts for associations and their vendors; amending association bylaws, master deeds and resolutions; and negotiating payment schedules between associations and unit owners.
She was a judicial intern to The Hon. Daniel D'Alessandro, Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Family Part (2018).
While in law school, she was a member of the Seton Hall Law Review.
