Rich Johnson

Rich Johnson is the current Owner & Broker at Windermere Homes & Estates. Rich has over 25 years of experience in the real estate field and has held a number of Executive positions.

Rich began their career as a Realtor in 1995 and quickly rose to Managing Director of the prestigious Premier Properties Division at Windermere Exclusive Properties. In this role, they oversaw thousands of home sale transactions. Rich also founded the Information Technology Division at Windermere Exclusive Properties and served as an adviser to the division.

In 2011, Rich became the Senior Vice President - Business Development at Real Living Lifestyles. In this role, they were responsible for developing new business opportunities and expanding the company's reach.

In 2013, Rich returned to Windermere Homes & Estates as the Owner/Broker. In this role, they are responsible for the overall operation of the company. Rich has continued to grow the company by expanding its services and offerings.
