Kim Holloway is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in real estate and youth sports. Currently serving as a Real Estate Agent at Windermere Powerhouse Group since February 2022, Kim specializes in commercial and investment properties as well as residential income. Additionally, Kim has been the head coach of two youth competitive soccer teams at Idaho Rush Soccer Club since March 2021, focusing on training organization, travel scheduling, and athlete confidence development. With a background in leadership as the Intermountain Regional Coordinator for SheJumps since March 2015 and as the Technical Director for Boise Capital Soccer Club from June 2006 to June 2010, Kim has demonstrated a commitment to both real estate and youth development. Kim holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of Louisville and two Associate of Arts degrees from Walla Walla Community College.
