Neil Rogers

Neil Rogers is an experienced professional with a diverse background in real estate and law enforcement. As a Realtor at Windermere Powerhouse Group since March 2016 and the Owner of Rampart Property Management since June 2016, Neil has established a strong presence in the real estate market. Prior to these roles, Neil served as a Retired Police Sergeant at the Wallowa County Sheriff's Office from January 1989 until September 2020. Educationally, Neil holds a Master's degree in Conflict Management and Negotiations from California State University-Dominguez Hills, a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from California State University, Fullerton, and an additional Bachelor's degree in the same field from Hope International University, along with an Associate of Arts in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Fullerton College.
