Joe Coakley

Joe Coakley is an accomplished Broker and Land Specialist at Windermere Real Estate East, Inc. since June 2012, specializing in land for residential development and new construction. As the Owner of Coakley Development Group LLC since March 2007, Joe provides full-service brokerage and consulting in the real estate industry, with expertise in assembling professional teams for residential development. Previous roles include Vice President of Residential Development at Port Blakely Communities and Vice President of Construction at both Spectrum Development and Del Webb Corporation, where Joe demonstrated expertise in overseeing large-scale residential projects and enhancing operational efficiencies. Joe also contributed to the Master Builders Association of King and Snohomish Counties as a Director and Delegate and played a pivotal role in the Built Green program. Joe holds a degree in Journalism from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Certificate in Construction Management from California State University - East Bay.
