Elske Siemonsma

Elske Siemonsma has extensive experience in education and leadership roles, currently serving as Opleidingsmanager Pabo at Windesheim since April 2009, where responsibilities include team leadership and senior advisory roles. Prior to this, Elske held positions as a docent in zorg en welzijn at Het Poortje Jeugdinrichtingen and worked in youth care at Stichting Het Buro. Elske's academic credentials include a Master of Learning and Innovation and a Master of Organization Psychology, along with a recent Mastermodule in Ethical Leadership from SUAS. Elske also possesses bachelor's degrees in Pedagogiek and Docent Omgangskunde from NHL Hogeschool, complemented by Havo education from Bornego College.
