Marjan Poutsma

Marjan Poutsma, MEd, has extensive experience in education and design, currently serving as a Lecturer in Sustainable Product Design and Network Coordinator for the Community of Practice in Sustainable Technologies at Windesheim since 2019. Prior roles include teaching innovation at Frisian Design Factory and coaching sustainable innovation, alongside marketing communication and international sales at DMT Environmental Technology, where significant growth in social media engagement was achieved. Marjan also held strategic advisory roles for Leeuwarden-Fryslân 2018 and served as Art Director at Greyd! Communicatie Advies and Managing Director of ECHO Communicatie Adviesbureau. Educational qualifications include a Master in Education from Hanze/RuG and a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design and Art from ArtEZ University of the Arts.
