Chantal Bouessay

Chantal Bouessay is a seasoned professional in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as the Head of Onshore Wind Regulation and Public Affairs at ENGIE since June 2023 and as a Board Member at WindEurope since December 2023. Prior to this, Chantal held roles at ENGIE GREEN from February 2015 to June 2023, where responsibilities included developing renewable energy projects and establishing strategic dialogue with local stakeholders. Chantal also worked as a Regional Delegate at France Energie Eolienne from January 2016 to October 2021, advocating for the wind energy sector in Western France. Earlier experience includes various project management and engineering positions at SUEZ from July 2001 to January 2015. Chantal holds a Master's Degree in Environmental Engineering Technology from the University of Coventry and a certificate in mediation from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers.
