WindEurope
Guy Willems is an experienced advisor in the fields of environment and community engagement, currently serving at WindEurope since June 2019. In this role, Guy focuses on the simplification of permitting processes, promoting biodiversity, and fostering positive relationships between wind farms and local communities. Prior to this position, Guy gained experience at GPLUS in various roles related to strategic communications and public affairs, where responsibilities included media monitoring, research on EU policies, stakeholder identification, and document preparation for clients. Guy's work experience also includes positions at Place Add and Teleperformance. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in European Economy and Business Law from the University of Rome Tor Vergata, and a Bachelor of Arts in European Studies from Maastricht University, along with studies at Roskilde University.
