Stephen Blume

Stephen Blume has a strong background in finance and has held various leadership roles throughout their career. Stephen is currently serving as the Vice President of Finance at Windfall since 2022. Previously, from 2020 to 2022, they worked as the Vice President of Finance at SymphonyAI Media, where they were responsible for leading accounting and financial planning activities. Prior to that, from 2018 to 2020, they were the Vice President of Financial Planning Analysis at Cherwell Software. Stephen also held the role of Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at the same company from 2018 to 2020. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Sr. Finance Manager - Technology & Product Finance at Comcast, where they drove consolidated reporting and developed budget packages. Before that, from 2014 to 2016, they served as a Senior Finance Manager - Sales & Operations Finance at ServiceSource, leading financial planning activities for a recurring revenue business unit. From 2010 to 2014, they worked at Salesforce.com, where they held various roles, including Manager, Sales Compensation & Strategy and Finance & Strategy Manager, Compensation and Benefits. Stephen started their career at Intel as a Senior Financial Analyst from 2008 to 2010 and gained experience in financial operations and strategic projects. Prior to that, they worked at American Express as a Finance Intern in 2007, and at UNO Restaurants, LLC as a Financial Analyst from 2003 to 2006. Stephen began their professional career at BNY Mellon as a Corporate Actions Specialist from 2002 to 2003. Throughout their career, Stephen has demonstrated strong financial planning and analysis skills, budgeting expertise, and the ability to lead and manage teams.

Stephen Blume earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Ithaca College in 2002. After which, they pursued further education and obtained an MBA in Finance from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School from 2006 to 2008.
