Windfest is a sailing and sea culture festival held in Tivat, Montenegro.

Celebrating sailing and sea culture in Boka Bay, Windfest brings together youth sailing, regattas, educational workshops and cultural programs inspired by life by the sea.

Through sport and storytelling, Windfest highlights the importance of maritime heritage, environmental awareness and the values learned through sailing — teamwork, respect for nature and community.

Windfest is organised by Sailing Club Delfin, founded in 1951 in Tivat.
