Carolyn Petruzziello (she/her/hers)

Carolyn Petruzziello serves as the Director of MS Science, Technology and Engineering at KIPP NYC since July 2018 and also holds the position of Physics Teacher and Social Justice and Equity co-coordinator. In addition, Carolyn has been a Race Coach at Windham Mountain since November 2022. Previously, Carolyn was the Assistant Dean and Assistant Professor of Practice at Relay Graduate School of Education from July 2015 to August 2018, and served as Principal at KIPP Academy Elementary from July 2009 to June 2015. Carolyn began their career at KIPP Foundation as a KIPP Fisher Fellow from July 2008 to July 2009. Educationally, Carolyn earned a Master of Science in Elementary Education and Teaching from Pace University and a degree from Cornell University, following attendance at Phillips Exeter Academy.
