Jeff Hanulec

Jeff Hanulec has a strong background in engineering and facilities management. Jeff is currently the Director of Facilities at Windham NH School District, a role they have held since April 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Engineering at Omni Hotels & Resorts from June 2020 to April 2022. Jeff also held the position of Director of Engineering at Westin Boston Waterfront from November 2018 to January 2020 and at Sheraton Boston Hotel from August 2010 to November 2018. Jeff has extensive experience in the hotel industry, having worked as the Director of Engineering at Westin Hotels from August 2006 to August 2010 and as the Director of Engineering and Security at Jurys Boston Hotel from March 2004 to August 2006. Jeff started their career at Marriott International in 1989, where they served as the Director of Engineering for several years before transitioning to other roles.

Jeff Hanulec attended the US Navy from 1983 to 1987. Jeff also obtained a degree in Facilities Management with a specialization in FMA/RPA from BOMA. Additionally, Jeff completed certifications as a Certified Hospitality Facilities Executive and a LEED Green Associate.
