Joe Proto

Joe Proto is currently the Co-Founder at Windham Venture Partners. Joe has over three decades of experience in the financial services industry. Joe Proto was previously the Executive Vice President at Mastercard from January 2019 to December 2021. Prior to that, they were the President of REMITCO from January 2000 to December 2006. REMITCO was acquired by FirstData (now part of Fiserv) in December 2000. From 1995 to 2000, Proto was the Founder and CEO of REMITCO. Prior to that, they were the SVP at Corestates Bank from 1992 to 1995. Proto has also co-founded Financial Telesis/CashFlex in 1982, which was acquired by Corestates Bank in 1992.

Joe Proto has a MA in Education from Maharishi International University and a BA in English from Montclair State University.
