Mathew Benson has a diverse work experience in the aerospace industry. Mathew founded and served as the Chief Engineer of Windhover Labs, where they designed the flight software framework and the ground system. Previously, they worked at Odyssey Space Research as a Software Engineer, where they led the porting of the Core Flight Software and updated the framework for compliance with software standards. Mathew also worked as a Software Engineer at Honeywell, leading the development of a fault-tolerant file system for human space flight. Their early experience includes working as a Software Engineer at Boeing, where they performed tests and resolutions for the International Space Station and its components.
