Our Firm was created after years of experience in the financial industry for one reason and one reason only: To be different. People are inundated with new financial products and investment strategies that seem to promise your financial success, however, these are costly and our belief is that simplicity often times breeds success not only in investing but in life. Our world is changing rapidly but true investment principals have mostly remained the same.We use a very simplistic investment strategy that we believe is time tested and easy to understand.

….We invest in businesses. Plain and simple.
