Moenika Chowdhury

Moenika Chowdhury's work experience includes various roles in different companies. Moenika is currently a Senior Design Strategist at Windmill, where they conduct user research, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and analyzes user analytics to improve user experience and interactive design. Prior to that, they worked as a User Experience Researcher & Facilitator at Windmill, where they conducted primary and secondary user research and interviews with a design-centric approach and created funnels and A/B tests. Moenika also has experience as the CEO & Founder of Violet - Cleaner Beauty, a beauty-tech company focused on solving the problem of dirty makeup. In addition, they have worked as a Software Engineer Intern at EF Education First, a Spatial Audio Researcher at Nokia Bell Labs, a CNBC Technology Intern at NBCUniversal Media, LLC, and a Computer Science & STEM Educator at Boys and Girls Clubs of America. Moenika also served as Secretary and Webmaster at the Fanwood Environmental Commission.

Moenika Chowdhury has an extensive educational background in various fields of study. From 2018 to 2020, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Innovation Design Engineering at Imperial College London. During the same period, they also attended the Royal College of Art, where they earned a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Innovation Design Engineering.

Prior to their postgraduate studies, Moenika received a Bachelor's Degree from Stevens Institute of Technology between 2014 and 2018. Moenika'sdegree focused on Music Technology and Computer Science. Additionally, in 2016, they had the opportunity to study abroad at the University of Westminster, where they explored European Studies and Civilization.
