Gail Gastelu is the owner and publisher of The Tea House Times, LLC, a bi-monthly publication established in 2003, and has expanded into multiple roles within the beverage industry. Since 2021, Gail has served as the Director of Business Development at Celmark International, facilitating client engagement in skin care and nutrition supplements. As the owner and producer of TeaTradeShow.com and a Tea & Infused Beverage Expert for SIAL Canada, Gail leads educational discussions and demonstrates trends in the beverage sector. Additionally, Gail is a certified judge for the Tea Masters Cup Canada and has been actively involved on various advisory boards since 2010.
