Steve Downs has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Steve started their career as an Editorial Director at Chelo Publishing, where they managed four international commercial magazines and oversaw all aspects of planning and implementation of editorial content. At Maximum Human Performance, Steve served as the Marketing Director, responsible for creating and managing marketing initiatives for three international nutritional supplement companies. Most recently, they worked as the Vice President - New Brand Initiatives at Windmill Health Products, where they focused on executing the creation of key new brand and product launch initiatives, as well as strengthening communications for the company's nutritional supplement brands. Steve has a strong background in marketing, strategic planning, advertising, and team management.

Steve Downs has a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communications/English from Canisius University. Steve also holds a Master's Degree in Sports Marketing/Administration from Western Illinois University. In addition, they have obtained certifications such as Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and Senior Director Certification from YMCA of the USA.
