Mitzi Arocho

Mitzi Arocho has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources. Mitzi began their career at Aventis as a Sr. HR Generalist, handling various HR functions including recruitment, training, benefits administration, and employee relations. Mitzi then moved on to Cardinal Health, where they served as an HR Director, implementing strategic initiatives and working closely with senior management. Following that, they worked as an HR Director at Universal North America, overseeing HR programs and policies. Mitzi later joined FIRST HOSPITAL PANAMERICANO INC as the Director of Human Resources before becoming the Vice President of Human Resources at Seven Hills Foundation. Currently, they hold the role of Human Resources Director at Windmoor Healthcare Inc.

Mitzi Arocho obtained an Associate's degree in Audiovisual Communications Technologies/Technicians from Universidad de Puerto Rico from 1983 to 1987. Mitzi then pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Accounting and Finance at Universidad Interamericana de Puerto Rico from 1987 to 1991. Finally, they completed their education by earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the University of Phoenix from 2000 to 2002.
