Ap Derrick Seitz

Derrick Seitz, LEED AP, is an experienced project executive with a significant background in construction management, currently serving at Windover Construction since September 2012. Derrick holds various titles at Windover, including Senior Project Manager and Multi-Family Market Lead, demonstrating expertise in overseeing complex projects. Prior to this role, Derrick spent a decade at Connolly Brothers Construction as an Estimator and Project Manager, and gained initial experience as an Assistant Site Supervisor at Lee Kennedy Co., Inc. Derrick earned a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering Technology from Wentworth Institute of Technology, where studies were completed between 1998 and 2002, following graduation from Portsmouth High School in New Hampshire in 1998.
