Hannah Ginley has had a successful career in various leadership roles. Hannah started their career at Harvard Business School in 2006 as an Administrative Manager for the Institute for Strategy and Competitiveness. In 2010, they joined Windover Construction as the Director of Organizational Development and later became the Vice President of Administration from 2015 to 2017. Currently, Hannah serves as the Chief People Officer at Windover Construction, where they focus on building great things with great people.
Hannah Ginley holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Special Education from Boston University, which they obtained in the years 1985 to 1987. Prior to their time at Boston University, they pursued studies in Psychology at UCLA from 1982 to 1985, although they did not complete a specific degree during this period.
