Thomas Howard is a Regional Director of Partner Development at Windover Construction, bringing over twenty years of experience in outside sales and business development across various sectors in the eastern U.S. Previously, Thomas held the positions of Vice President and Director of Marketing and Business Development at 35 North Painting & Drywall, and Director of Business Development at both Stateside Construction Group and in the commercial construction industry. Thomas earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from New England College and currently serves as the Chapter President for AFE Palmetto State. Throughout their career, Thomas has focused on building long-term relationships with clients while managing projects ranging from $1,500 to $30 million.
