Harley Magden

Harley Magden is a Co-Founder and CEO of Window Nation, Harley has been part of the company from the day he and his brother Aaron first opened their doors. Together, the two (along with an ever-growing staff committed to serving the needs of homeowners across six States and the District of Columbia) have built what is now the 5th largest home remodeling business in the country. As the CEO, Harley leads by example a team of more than 300 people dedicated to customer service and continued innovation in replacement windows, doors, siding, and roofing. Harley learned the window business by working in his father's company in Cleveland but started his career packing groceries where he quickly recognized that each customer's needs are unique. After earning his MBA from John Carroll University, he put those lessons to work at Window Nation and is dedicated to exceeding the needs of homeowners every day. While he was born and raised in the Cleveland area (and remains committed to his hometown Cavs, Indians & Browns), he's made a home for himself and his family near the company's headquarters in the Washington-Baltimore region.
