Terri is responsible for building, leading, and managing the entire Talent team at Window Nation, which includes Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Employee/Organizational Development. She will lead and support programming that promotes the company’s high-performance culture, emphasizing empowerment, quality, and excellence, in order to help achieve growth objectives. Having started as a Recruiter and progressively becoming more knowledgeable of and involved in all the components of Human Resources, Terri’s career in Talent Management spans 20+ years. She’s worked in various industries and for various-sized organizations finding that her niche is expanding organizations that wisely look to precede their growth with a comprehensive and cohesive HR presence.
