Ashley Young

Ashley Young is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and loan servicing. Currently serving as Director of Loan Servicing and previously as Vice President of Operations at Windsor Advantage, LLC, Ashley has played a crucial role in providing banks, credit unions, and CDFIs with outsourced SBA 7(a) and USDA lending platforms since 2010. Prior to this, Ashley worked as an Assistant Manager at Family Video, overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and driving customer engagement. Additional experience includes a role as Administrative Assistant at ICE Electric, Inc., where responsibilities included financial management, client relations, and administrative support. Ashley holds a degree from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis.
