Cindy Osowski

Cindy Osowski has extensive experience in property management, currently serving as General Manager and Dual Site Property Manager at Windsor Communities since November 2020. Previously, Cindy held the position of Property Manager at Holland Partner Group from November 2016 to November 2020 and was a Community Director and Certified Mentor at Weidner Apartment Homes from October 2011 to November 2016.
