Windsor Edge is a video-first social media agency, specializing in B2B fintechs, We create content that generates measurable ROI and revenue. Our services include LinkedIn ghostwriting, podcast launching, and outreach strategy.

I'm Tracey Windsor, co-founder & CEO of WE. My background spans dance and video production, then a transition into finance and economics. Now I've brought all of it together in launching Windsor Edge. My husband and co-founder DJ comes from the social media world. He grew his own wellness personal brand to 15K Instagram followers and was part of the founding team at Richard Reeve's American Institute for Boys and Men, where he helped establish the organization as the authority in the space through founder-led media strategies. Together we bring that rare mix of creative instinct, financial fluency, and proven platform-building experience to clients we work with.

How do we do this? We complement internal teams by building tested content engines and frameworks.
