Michael Grandfield has over 29 years of experience in the banking industry. Michael started their career at BayBank/Albank in 1991, where they worked as Vice President and Commercial Real Estate Lender. Michael then moved on to Simsbury Bank in 2001 as VP before joining Berkshire Bank in 2002 as Senior Vice President-Commercial Lending. Most recently, in 2017, they became Vice President at Windsor Federal Savings and Loan. Throughout their career, they have gained expertise in lending to manufacturers and representing various financing programs offered by the Small Business Administration.

Michael Grandfield attended Bryant University from 1980 to 1984, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Management. Michael then pursued further education at American International College from 1987 to 1990, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Accounting.
