Naomi Bailey

Naomi Bailey is an experienced educational leader with a strong background in student services, training, and administration. Currently serving as Assistant Principal and Director of Student Services at The Windsor Forest Colleges Group since March 2017, Naomi oversees critical areas including financial support, attendance, learner engagement, counselling, and careers services across multiple colleges. Prior roles include Head of Learner Services and Libraries at Strode's College, where responsibilities encompassed course delivery for adult learners and performance analysis. Additional experience includes vocational and careers education coordination at Ridgeway School Plympton and management of MIS systems at Achievement Training Ltd. Naomi holds a BA (Hons) in Law from the University of the West of England.
